Girls - Jim McGorman - Just a little fun video we made to illustrate Jim's awesome song "Girls". Please do not look much into it, the pix of the girl singers Jim has worked with are displayed at random, so you don't stare at a black YouTube screen.

Steve Fekete's Birtday Jam - March 06 2015 -
Jim was on fire during Steve's birthday party! Totally McGormanised it! (as Steve himself put it).

Sessions at Willow Grove - Oct/Nov 2014 - It's aways interesting for us to listen to Jim. We are not saying that wisdom drips every time he opens his mouth, but more othen than not, his comments are sharp and observant. Here are his musings on song writing/recording.

Sessions at Willow Grove - Oct/Nov 2014 - Jim solo: a ballad called Skeletons  with a little story behind it. We love you Jim.

Sessions at Willow Grove w/ Kate Voegele - Oct/Nov 2014 - "Leave  Me Hollywood" A beautiful, gorgeous ballad written and performed by Jim and Kate. Awesome. AWESOME.

Sessions at Willow Grove w/ Kate Voegele - Oct/Nov 2014 - "Run Out Of Love", another beautiful ballad written and performed by Jim and Kate.

Sessions at Willow Grove w/ Kate Voegele - Oct/Nov 2014 - Another collaboration of Jim and Kate - the first song they wrote togehter. It's called "It's Only Life" and again, it's gorgeous. Some great singing by Kate and (goes without saying) Jim is great on piano and backing vocal.

We don't know if Jim is a classically trained pianist. But we know he loves to listen to Mozart.

Chongo, the sweet dog from The Rescue Train Jim is a great dog lover (has 2 dogs of his own:  Sammy and Nahla) - and is trying to find a permanent home for this poor little guy. This is the sweet video he posted on his Facebook, together with a new song! It's called "Unbelievable". Jim co-wrote it with Emerson Swinford and Greg Lato; produced it and, of course sings it.

Jim producing for Kropp Circle - Dec 2010. Another, very short video of Jim producing for Kropp Circle. And yes, that's Jim's Best Damn Band mate Rodney Howard looking on. The background song is "Waiting For This", Hanson.

Rapides Parish Coliseum, Alexandria, LA - Nov 27, '10: The clip is only a minute long, but very cool. Shows Jim during soundcheck "torturing" everyone; but what is even more cool: he is playing bass! The Steve's are there too!

Jim rehearsing w/ Kropp Circle - Nov 2010: A very short video of Jim "slaving away" in the rehearsal studio with the Kropp brothers.  The background music is "Pick A Part That's New" - Stereophonics.

Jim producing for Kropp Circle - Nov 2010: The Kropp brothers posted another video journal, so here is the short scene with Jim. Oh, the background music is not Kropp Circle of course, it's one of our favourite bands,  Hanson and...  MMMBop. The Kropp Circle list Hanson as one of their influences, so we are really curious how it all went in Jim's studio.

Jim producing for and playing basketball with Kropp Circle - Nov 2010: Owing to the Kropp brothers and their video journal, we were able to put together this video of Jim working in his studio as well as outside, playing basketball. Not so great as here though...

Jim in his recording studio in LA with Bek Phillips, September '09:  A rare glimpse of Jim at work in his own studio with Beck Phillips - a young singer/songwriter from Connecticut. It's absolutely fascinating. Thanks for the video Bek! Check out Bek's Myspace and read more about her on ZW Records.

Jim in his recording studio in LA with Shelley James, September '09:  Another video clip of Jim at work in his studio. This time with Shelley James, who is, interestingly enough, singing Jim's song "Maybe". Watch for a cool Paul Mirkovich mention around 2:45. And... enjoy!
