3 March 2025 – Jim’s visit to the SynthTemple studio in Melbourne. He must have been in heaven.
SynthTemple post on the Social Media:
The Goo Goo Dolls arrived in Melbourne this afternoon for their last concert in Australia before flying home tomorrow. Keys and backing vocals artist, Jimmy McGorman, and drummer, Craig Macintyre, found time after sound check to drop by SynthTemple to check it out and Jimmy even laid down a few tracks using the Fairlight CMI 30A. Jimmy McGorman particularly loved the sound of the Wurlitzer 200A into the Mozztronics DI-2 Mk II. Thanks for having us to the Goo Goo Dolls concert; loved the sound and hope to see you next trip to Aus.
SynthTemple posted a few videos of Jim trying out various keyboards. Here is my compilation.
