Aug 29^th 2021: The Goos had a concert in Costa Mesa, CA - a double bill with Sister Hazel - on Aug 25. Here are some cool pix from the show as well as a couple of videos.

Aug 24^th 2021: FIVE MONTHS! 😮😢 I think this has been the longest that sunfired has been left without an update. But it is today and hopefully I will not let the cobwebs take over again. The Goos had the first real concert since the world as we know it went to hell. It was a double bill with Cheap Trick in St Ignace, MI last week.

Jim was there, behind his trusted Roland keyboard and I almost shed a tear looking at the YouTube videos from that.

So here are some screenshots and a couple of composite videos. Thanks to DeniseRenee40 and goochick22!

Mar 19^th 2021: Woah! Three months since the last update. I wasn't aware of that. But working from home for more than a year now, my days just blend into one another and the time just zooms by. Secondly, it's not like Jim has been in the public eye lately. But he has been very busy in his studio, writing and producing some up and coming girl singers. It's all in the News section, so check that out. And also, a little blast from the past for good measure 😎 Enjoy!

Nov 2^nd, 2020: Check out the revamped Music: page which now includes an article about the Goo Goo Dolls Christmas record Christmas All Over.

I know, I know - it's not Jimmy's record per se, like When The World Is Falling Down or Inside my Head were. But Jimmy was heavily involved in every song, from the first beat to the last bar: co-writing the two original songs, co-producing, arranging the music, singing and playing. And not only that, his young daughter Sydney sings a haunting version of the Goo's classic, "Better days". So it belongs there.

Oct 23^rd 2020: More great News about the forthcoming Goo Goo Dolls Christmas Album due on Oct 30th (it features Jimmy's daughter singing a song!!! There I gave it away!). Oct 5^th 2020: Jim and his friend and bandmate Steve Fekete did a joint livestream session on Facebook. They performed a lot of songs - you can find all of them on the Video page. The direct link is here.

Oct 3^rd 2020: Some exciting News! The first single from the forthcoming Goo Goo Dolls Christmas album is out! It's called "This is Christmas" and Jim cowrote and coporoduced it with John Rzeznik and Brad Frenquist! And of course plays keys and sings backing vocal!

There, I told you all the News in the Update, but no matter. Check them out for the links to the song/album on various music streaming websites.

Aug 26^th 2020: Geez!!! Has it been 2 months since I last updated? Well, I was posting some stuff on Twitter so I hope that counts.

Some great Jim news in the News section (where else, LOL!) so check it out.

Finally, sunfired dot net will get Jimmy singing Christmas carols - albelt as a backing vocal to John Rzeznik. Stoked - doesn't even begin to describe it!

June 28^th, 2020: Another Live From Home video added, this time Name. It's such a cool series so I put it on a separate page. Enjoy!

June 22^nd, 2020: Video: I know, my updates are far and few between lately and I feel really bad about it. I seem to be working from home every waking hour and that's no good. Anyway, I just posted all the Live From Home videos that the Goos did in May and are posting on social media. I will be adding them as they appear. They are simply awesome.

May 10^th, 2020: Video: Finally another update! Although I work in Information Technology and am fully aware of what can be done in that field, I am very impressed with what Goo Goo Dolls pulled off. A recording of "Fearless" from the band members' respective homes. They sound awesome and give a strong message.

Note: Sorry about the lack of updates on sunfired. Not much to post plus I work for an essential service (radio and TV broadcasting) and have never been so busy. I am not complaining, I am extremely lucky and thankful that my livelihood is not affected with this global crisis. However, 12 hours work days don't leave much to do anything else. But I am posting little Jimmy related updates on Twitter. You can find them on the front page under the main picture. You don't need to have a Twitter account to see them.

Apr 13^th, 2020: Video: Just a little video clip from the Goo Goo Doll's show in Glasgow where you can hear Jimmy's awesome backing vocal. A real treat!

Apr 09^th, 2020: Matt Wade, aka My Silent Bravery, intevewed Jimmy during one of his regular Instagram streaming sesson last week. Almost an hour long, it covered many topics, his beginnings, influences, his work as an MD, his songwriting, his take on music reality shows.... Jim even got to sing a song! Mar 13^th, 2020: I am back from London. I am sorry it took a minute to update but jetlag is a bitch, let me tell you! I posted all the Jimmy photos I could find from the Goo Goo Dolls UK Tour here. There are lots of them and also some good ones.

Seeing Jimmy perform with the Goo Goo Dolls at the Roundhouse in London was something else. I am not that much into girl singers (sorry Avril and Cassadee...), I really like the Goos and to see Jim in that setting was a treat! I had the best reserved seat in the house (thanks Jim!)

I didn't take a single shot or video from the show. I normally fall into that rabbit hole during Hanson shows. Don't watch properly, but take crappy photos and record blurry videos. Why, I have no idea.

Here I watched the show and enjoyed myself to the max.

Feb 24^th, 2020: Video: The Goos are half way through a six concert tour of UK. Quite a few video clips from the Manchester show - very decent quality and whole songs. And some pix from Glasgow, Manchester and Leeds. Else, yours truly is traveling to London tonight to visit family and also see Jim and the Goo's in concert. I am sure all that will be worth the 24 hours in cattle class and the dreary UK winter. Can't wait!

Jan 29^th, 2020: The first update in twenty-twenty. Events , Video and Bio. The latter is impressive: 25 years chockablock with music. IMPRESSIVE.

Dec 16^th, 2019: The Mohegan Sun Arena show, with Hanson and Jimmy/The Goos performing one after the other, came and went.

Unfortunatelly, Jimmy and Hanson didn't exactly bond over a few beers, but hey. Actually, Ike and Taylor Hanson watched the Goos perform (just click on their names) which only shows how awesome and humble they are. Don't think the other way around happened though, but no matter. Maybe some other time.

Anyway - a few more new photos in the 2019 Christmas Shows album.

Dec 12^th, 2019: The Goo's Christmas tour is almost over (only 3 shows left) and I have nothing! Well almost nothing. Not that I didn't look. I did, thrust me. We are talking Jim, not Goo's here (just to be clear). Anyway, here are a few strictly for the record photos from this tour with thanks to the photographers who took them.

Next show - 96.5 TIC All Star Christmas 2019 at Mohegan Sun Arena - Uncasville, CT on Dec 13 - that's tomorrow. Not sure if my favourite musician (Jimmy) will hang around to watch my favourite band (Hanson) perform or conversely Ike, Taylor and Zac will whip up their phones during Iris - but just the fact that the 4 of them are performing at the same event is... freaking awesome. OW!

Nov 29^th, 2019: The #MiraclePill Tour is now over. But no rest for the weary! I am sorry, I coudn't resist it, that the title of one of my favourite Hanson songs. Anyway - only a week for a break after which the Goos embark on a Christmas Tour starting Dec 2. Ten shows, no less and one of them co-headlining with my fave band, the aforementioned Hanson!

Oh, forgot about the update! Gallery: Catching up with some photos from the #MiraclePill shows in Hershey, PA and a bunch of other cites. Some nice closeups of Jimmy here and there, so make sure to have a look.

Nov 19^th, 2019: Gallery: The #MiraclePill Tour is nearly over, only 5 shows left and I have yet to see some decent photos of Jimmy. There are lots of great photos of John, a lot less of Robbie and almost nothing on the band. I understand that. When I go to a Hanson show, my camera follows Taylor Hanson. I hardly take any photos of the other two bros and as for the backup band... forget it! So yeah, I understand, but I am still miffed that are no good pix of Jim. That said, here is what I managed to scramle from Twitter and Instagram: Madison, WI and Louisville, KY.

Nov 3^rd, 2019: Gallery: Photos from several shows of the #MiraclePill Tour, strictly for the record. I am a bit miffed that there are no good Jimmy photos from this run. But it's early days (7 out of 23 shows) maybe things will pick up.

Oct 31^st, 2019: The Goo Goo Dolls #MiraclePill Tour well and trully started with 4 shows already done. Unfortunatelly not many Jimmy photos and videos - except from the first show in Austin, TX; so here they are! Oh and some cool shots from the pre-tour rehearsals. Video: Check out this little gem of a clip where Jim gets to play one of the most iconic organs in his neck of the woods during the recording of the Miracle Pill the album. And some screenshots from that. Other than that, let's hope that some good photos and videos with Jim will appear as the tour progresses. Oh, and ... BOO!!!

Oct 25^th, 2019: Just a bunch of nice photos from the Goo Goo Dolls Summer Tour with Train from Columbia, MD. The Goos are embarking on a 21-city tour promoting their new album Miracle Pill. The first show is in Austin, TX tonight.

Oct 4^th, 2019: A couple of new appearances added to the "Miracle Pill" CD Release Promo and some cool photos in the Lima, Peru album, uncluding this one of the Goos with Jon Bon Jovi and his band. Jimmy must have been on cloud 9 and 3/4. (Lame I know, but I am a Potterhead as well...)

Sep 20^th, 2019: And she's back! In case you were wondering where I was: I was overseas for three weeks visting family in London. Last week was Miracle Pill release press week and a lot of material was posted out there so I needed a couple of days to find all that and sort it out.

Aug 21^st, 2019: Gallery: Two new albums from the Goo Goo Dolls Summer 2019 Tour with Train. Pix from Charlotte, NC and from the last show in Mansfield, MA. Some great ones from the latter: 1 , 2 , 3. Plus this gorgeous photo from the show in Tampa, FL. The collours are so vibrant - it's Instagram-worthy!

Oh, and I also updated the Events calendar - seems like Jim will be one busy fellow this autmn!

Aug 19^th, 2019: Gallery: Well, the Goo Goo Dols Sumer tour with Train is over. That was two and a half months on the road and 45 shows. Checkout the Goo Goo Dolls Summer 2019 tour w/ Train album with close to 300 photos from 40 of these shows. There are a lot of awesome shots of Jim on his own or playing with the rest of the Goos. So have a browse and enjoy!

So! While Jim is on a well-deserved break (until late September when he embarks on a 5 date tour of South America) - I will try to catch up on some stuff if I can.

But what's coming from YouTube is either low quality or Rzeznik centric. Robbie is hard to follow on stage, I guess. So I need to do some Jimmy editing, which takes time and so on. June 14^th, 2019: Gallery: The Goo Goo Dolls/Train Sumer tour is in full swing now. Five concerts in a week and that's how it's going to continue until the end of June when the guys have a little break. So! Some pix from the shows in Santa Barbara and Phoenix. By the way - I often post updates on Twitter as they happen and update sunfired.net when I can because the latter is more cumbersome and time consuming.

However, the sunfired.net automatic Twitter feed is on the main page so you can see that new stuff there although the site may not be updated. Clear as mud, eh? Anyway - thought to mention that.

June 11^th, 2019: Gallery: The first three concerts of the Goo's tour with Train are complete. Here are some pics from Auburn and Ridgefield shows in Washington state. Mainly blurry Instagram, um... stuff but that's what you get today. Plus it's auditoriums - nobody is close enough to take a decent photo. But ocassionally you stumble on a professional shot like this one. No decent videos either, but I live in hope else I wouldn't be doinng this. :P

June 05^th, 2019: Well, hard to update when there is no Jim news! But fortunately the Goos are embarking on a summer tour with Train in a couple of days so hopefully there will be some nice pix and videos (check out the Events page for all the dates).

Anyway, to tide us over - there are a few new photos from the mini-tour in Mexico last month. Here is the link to the YouTube video of the entire Goo's show from Festival Corona Capital in Guadalajara. It's pretty cool.

While the Goos were on hiatus, Jimmy recorded keyboard for the Kenny Wayne Shepherd new album, ‘The Traveler,’ which was released on May 31. So maybe you want to check that one out if you're so inclined. Here are a couple of pix from the studio (1, 2) By the way, this is the second time Jim plays keys on a KWS album, the first time being 'Lay It On Down' in 2017.

It appears that Jim spent some time in his studio writing with Laura Michelle Patterson. She posted a cool photo of Jim and his dog Sammy from there.

May 13^th, 2019: Woah! Almost 2 months without updates! Ah, well. If any excuse, Jim was quiet as a mouse, I was and still am running all over the place like a headless chook (work and life) and time slipped by. Anyway, Jim embarked on a three show tour in Mexico - so here are some photos from that.

Mar 24^th, 2019: Jim confirmed, he's in the studio recording w/ the Goo Goo Dolls! How cool is that! Check the News section for more info. And here are some screen grabs and photos as well as a little video.

Mar 14^th, 2019: MIA again, humble apologies. This time, my favorite band of all time and eternity, Hanson was touring Australia so I did quite a bit of fan stuff. I went to three concerts and the rest of the time followed them on social and old school media. Quite rewarding but no time for anything else.

Now I am back so let's see what Jimmy has been up to.

There were a couple of shows w/ the Goo Goo Dolls. A concert in Tulsa, OK and a corporate show in Las Vegas. Some blurry photos of both occasions here. While in Vegas, Jimmy and the guys from the band went to a Blue Man Group show and liked it so much that they went backstage and took a photo with one of the blue guys.

But most importantly, Jimmy has been recording with the Goo Goo Dolls in LA. He was in studio with them for at least one session. A couple of pix from that, pic1 and pic2. By the way, Jim didn't quite fit in the latter, but that's pretty cool event and I didn't want to not post it. Will try to get more info in that.

Feb 14^th, 2019:I haven't updated in awhile. With Goo Goo Dolls on hiatus and Jimmy doing whatever he is doing, there is no new stuff. Just as well - my favourite band is touring at the moment so I am busy following that.

But nevertheless, I have been posting some old stuff on Twitter. You can find the feed on the front page sunfired.net. You don't need to have a Twitter account to view it.

Dec 18^th, 2018: Video: Judging by the videos posted on YouTube, the #Dizzy20 Buffalo shows were epic Here's just a small taste of it. The shows were recorded so hopefully the DVD will see the light of the day soon!

Dec 9^th, 2018: Jim's interview hasn't materialised yet. I guess everyone is very busy this time of the year. I know I am - hence the lack of updates. But it's time to remedy that! Video: The Goo Goo Doll's "Rebel Beat" performance at a rock festival in Poland last summer is pretty awesome. And while in Europe, a couple of cool shots from Oslo (1, 2)

Jun 11^th, 2018: Jim was in Guerneville, CA on Saturday, performing withe the Goo Goo Dolls at the Russian River Festival, so here is a little Video: of that. And some photos (1, 2, 3)

Jun 04^th, 2018: Video: 10 minute recap of the recent Goo Goo Dolls show in Texas. Really worth your while. I only wish that Jim's mic was up a little bit. But Jimmy is centre-stage, there is a great rapport with Johnny Rzeznik and Robby Takac. Not to mention his old buddy Brad Fernquist. I can't ask for more. Looking forward to the summer concerts.

May 23^rd, 2018 : Ah, the creature lives!!! Jim surfaced over the weekend, playing with the Goo Goo Dolls at the Wildflower Arts & Music Festival in Richardson TX. Here are some photos and a lot of videos from that occasion. Hopefully some better ones will turn up. There are some videos as well, will post them as soon as I make something Jim-worthy. By the way - check out the News page if you want to get more info about Jim's plans for the year. Pretty cool.

Apr 27^th, 2018 : Something pretty cool: Jim performed with the Goo Goo Dolls yesterday! It was a corporate function of sorts - musicians have to eat too! Anyway - a couple of crappy photos and a little video from the event, thanks to some Instagram people.

Apr 8^th, 2018 : It's not easy to run sunfired lately. Jim is probably holed up in his studio, producing various people. Plus an occasional corporate gig with Gwen where he is blended in the background. I guess Gwen is too much of a celebrity to interact with the band (Avril Lavigne anyone???). Anyway, I live in hope for some new Jim music. In the interim - lots of stuff in our archive to enjoy. Say, this photo of The Best Damn Band in Tokyo in 2011 (thanks Ira Kravitz!) or Jimmy covering U2's "With or Without You" just because he feels like it.

Picture of the Week: Jimmy and Paul Stanley, Live To Win tour - Atlanta, Oct 21, 2006. Paul Stanley hired the entire House Band from the Rockstar Supernova TV reality show as his backup band. Atlanta was the first of 14 concerts in North America. Jim was on rhythm guitar and backing vocals. Paul and the House Band toured Australia in April the following year. Unfortunately, Jimmy couldn't make it Down Under and was replaced with Brett Garsed. Talk about a bummer for yours truly :c(

Feb 18^th 2018: Movie of the Week: Closing Ceremony of the Winter Olympics in Vancouver , Feb 28, 2010. Jimmy was there w/ Avril Lavigne, singing "My Happy Ending" and "Girlfriend". Probably one of the highlights of his career as professional musician.

Feb 15^th 2018: Gallery: It appears Jimmy was in Minneapolis on Super Bowl night, performing with Gwen Stefani at the post game party at Mystic Lake Center. Some screen shots from that occasion here.

Picture of the Week: Jimmy and Avril discussing something obviously very important at the band dinner in Sao Paulo (July 2011). From memory, it took them forever to arrive from Buenos Aires - there was some volcanic ash disrupting air traffic.

Feb 12^th 2018: Since there is nothing to post apart from some grainy Instagram videos of Gwen shows with Jim blending with the background - it's time to go down the memory lane. Rock never gets old, so hopefully you'll enjoy it. There will be a Movie of the Week and Photo of the Week and I will try to post as regularly as I can.

Feb 5^th 2018: Finally - Jim's beloved Philly Eagles won the Superbowl and World (ahem...) Championship. Jim is over the moon, obviously. Check out his Twitter, Instagram and Facebook page. For the people adverse to Social Media - check our News page. I seriously think that even a Grammy will not top this for Jimmy. Okay. Maybe it will - but very close.

Dec 15^th 2017: Well, Gwen Stefani's Christmas Special was a bit of a letdown as far as Jim was concerned, but then again, what can one expect? It's was Gwen's Christmas Special not Gwen's Band Christmas Special. Still managed to scramble a few screenshots which are not so bad plus a nice shot of the band

Dec 10^th 2017: Video: Jimmy performing with Gwen on The Ellen Show. Gallery: Some photos from the Ellen Show and the cool corporate gig for Apple. As dyed in the wool MAC enthusiast, Jimmy must have been over the moon! Gwen and the band were introduced by Tim Cook, the Apple CEO no less.

Dec 6^th 2017: Well, I am sure Jimmy has done some wild stuff in his life - but I don't think we've seen him riding a CAMEL (!!!) or a dune buggy. All that during the visit to Dubai where he performed with Gwen Stefani at the launch of Renaissance Downtown Hotel. Here are some photos from the occasion. And a video from YouTube.

Dec 5^th 2017: Video: Several recent Christmas performances with Gwen. Jim singing "Jingle Bells", wow. Seriously - one of them (You Make It Feel Like Christmas) for the BBC One Show is not half bad. Dec 9^th , 2013: Gallery: Jim and co. were in Las Vegas yesterday, performing for Toys For Tickets concert organised by 95.5 The Bull, Stations Casino and The Star Nursery. Here are a few shots from that event. Also, we couldn't pass the opportunity to post this photo of Jim in a Hat. The event was 10 Man Jam in Brownsville, TX and the temperature was -1 C ( 30 F). May 13th, 2013: Gallery: Jim is back on the road this week with Cassadee Pope on her radio tour. Today he made a stop in Birmingham, AL and made a few radio appearances. Also, which is pretty cool he met Tommy Tutone of 867-5309 fame. Of course flashback memories of Jim during his Rockstar Days and working with Zayra on that particular song choice for the show. June 8th, 2012 Last night Jim sang on stage with Bret Michaels and Poison during Rock of Ages movie premiere after party in Hollywood. We have clips from the performance, you can see Jim (very short glimpse but awesome to watch) and it was truly great. We watch the entire event online Poison really rock and Def Leppard were fabulous as well. Rock of Ages opens next Friday, June 15th, go out and see it - we will be :)

March 14^th: Video: Jim and The Best Damn Band performed a short acoustic set w/ Avril during the launch of her clothing line Abbey Dawn in The Viper Room in LA. So this is a video with some highlights of that as posted by TooFab. Gallery: There aren't any photos of that (yet) so we made some screenshots which are crappy, so we also made
a collage which is a little bit less crappy. Hopefully we will be able to get a hold of a full video of the performance.

March 12^th: Video: Two videos from Kuala Lumpur, albeit same thing: Jim baby presenting Avril with flowers from the band, which then turns into a party on stage (fear not, Jim is an epitome of professionalism,). February 12th: Video: From the Osaka show, fun clip that includes many Jim highlights from the show. Jim front and centre on stage and also rockin' with Rodney on the drum riser, so check it out!

February 10th: Video: Two videos today which we think you'll agree are pretty outstanding. First one is Smile in it's entirety from the second show in Tokyo. Experience Jim's incredible vocal range at the 2:25 - 2:45 mark, wow. Second video, from the Osaka show on Feb 9th the entire band intro and parts of Smile. Watch for Jim's solo at the end, it rules!

February 8th: Video: From the second show in Tokyo, an absolutely rockin' performance of the band interlude. The clip is in HDTV albeit from far back, and the sound is out of this world. Keep your eye on the top right corner of the screen! Tonight it's onto Osaka for the tour, then China later in the week!

Also stay tuned...we have a real gem of a video coming up soon featuring Jim's stunning vocal range on Smile that is not to be missed!

February 5th: Gallery: Jim tweeted two new photos from Japan. First picture is Jim's ode to Bill Murray from the film Lost in Translation :) followed by a fun photo from backstage he tweeted to @LauraMichelle26. Also from December in Orlando, a cool fan photo of Jim with Steve Ferlazzo, Steve Fekete, and Rodney with Nine Negre (thanks for the photo!). Plus a new picture of Jim with Avril from Belo Horizante has emerged which we think is a great photo.

The first show in Tokyo had was extra special with Taiko drum players appearing during the song What The Hell. We are in pursuit of any photos and media from the shows so far and we will sure post upon receipt of it. Enjoy Superbowl Sunday!

December 31st: Today we have a very special video in honour of The Best Damn Band in the world. Jim, Steve Fekete, Steve Ferlazzo, Rodney, Al Berry -- this video is for you. We hope everyone enjoys it as much as we had fun putting it together. We'd also like to take this opportunity and wish everyone a very Happy New Year and all the best for 2012!!

December 24th: On the eleventh day of Christmas...on this most magical night of the year, we wanted to take this opportunity and wish Jim and his entire family, Jim fans and visitors the most wonderful Christmas! October 6th: Tribute to Steve Jobs: The world yesterday lost a game changer who truly was the seismic shift in both the music and technology revolution. October 5th: Video: From the Victoria show, a new clip (filmed in the front row) that includes all the Jim parts. We set the background music to the band instrumental interlude. October 4th: Video: From the Torino show, a medley that includes parts of I Love You and Wish You Were Here. Nice and close video with fabulous scenes featuring Jim and Avril together. Gallery: Three more photos have emerged from the Belo Horizante show so we added those to our gallery. This one of Jim and Avril is very cool. We are patiently waiting for any new photos to appear from the Vancouver concert, once we have any, will be sure to post them! Have a great day :)

October 3rd: Video: A great new video has surfaced from the Torino that highlights Jim's incredible vocals on Smile and Push so we have put together a highlights video we think you'll like. Gallery: We have opened up a Victoria gallery and added one new photo that has appeared so far. Tonight is the Vancouver show, one of the most beautiful cities in the world and home to the 2010 Winter Olympics :)

October 2nd: Video: Super new videos have emerged from the Moscow show, so with that and because we think they are pretty sweet, we posted three today including, When You're Gone, Smile and parts of Wish You Were Here and Don't Tell Me. Lots of Jim so check them out :) Gallery: Jim posted a beautiful photo of his arrival in Victoria :) We both hold found memories of Victoria as were there together during the kick of the last tour in 2008 :) Events: Another new tv appearance added, Good Morning America's Fall Concert Series on November 22nd :)

September 19: Video: Two cool video clips from the Paris Le Zenith concert. Awesome show by the looks of it. Also - another four new photos in the Milano album (the last four).

September 18: Gallery: There are a shitload of photos from the two shows in Paris, unfortunately nothing spectacular when Jim is concerned. But we made an album nonetheless.To will in the space we added a few colages of screenshots.

September 17: Video: Avril appeared on NJR Radio in Paris yesterday and performed "Wish You Were Here". Jim and Steve Fekete were there too, so have a look how it all looked and sounded. Nice performance.

Gallery: We put togehter an album of screenshots of the aforementioned performance. Nothing spectacular, and strictly for the record, so keep your shirt on. Hopefully some photos will emerge.

August 16: Video: From the Osaka, Japan Summer Sonic show, sensational performance of Alice. The sound is so impressive we wonder if someone plugged the audio line right in the the sound board too. No matter what happens on stage amazing to see how Avril, Jim and the band perform every night with such precision.

August 14: Video: Truly a gem of a clip of Nobody's Home from Lima, Peru. All about Jim and Avril in this clip. Awesome to see a song that Avril hasn't performed in many years and it was performed with such precision. Gallery: We made many HQ screen shots for the videos we have from Lima, we really like this one :) We are hoping for some good quality photos and videos to appear from both SummerSonic festivals in Tokyo and Osaka. August 1: Video: From the Rio De Janeiro show, two new videos for you today :) First one Push and Smile of course, mostly the Jim parts. Second video is a four part medley. Hard to imagine that Jim's voice was "trashed" (as mentioned on his twitter comments), because quite frankly you would never know, his vocals are outstanding. July 31: Video: We wanted to change it up a bit and depart from the shaky concert home videos. We have a crisp clear clip of Smile from the AOL Sessions Avril did in May this year. And quite a few screen caps from the same performance. Enjoy!

June 28: Articles: Jim wrote a new article for Berklee Today (as most fans know his former alma mater is Berklee College of Music) entitled Coda - The View From the Wheelhouse. Fabulous article, jam packed with insight in the ever changing environment that is at play for musicians. We think Jim sums up this piece quite nicely and some words of wisdom for any musician to live by "You didn't choose music; it chose you."

July 27: Video: Everyone is talking about this photo taken of Jim and Avril from the Buenos Aires show during the song "Push." We now have the video which we think is pretty damn awesome!! July 25: Gallery: From the Buenos Aires show last night, 38 new photos of Jimmy from the show! We think you'll agree with us, this picture is a great one of Jim and Avril! Hard to imagine that Buenos Aires surpassed expectations of Santiago "honestly didn't think we could have a better crowd than Santiago, but Argentina came 2 rock!" says Jim. Mar 9: Video: We have two brand new videos from Jim's performance with Avril Lavigne from NBC's The Today Show including a backstage warm up clip which is incredibly cool. Mar 8: Video: In advance of the highly anticipated Today Show performance and various US promotion appearances scheduled this week, we have posted two great videos from BBC Radio 1, UK. These are not to be missed as it includes Jim performing with Avril on Ke$ha's cover of "Tik Tok" and "What The Hell" acoustically. The band is truly featured in these videos, which we absolutely love!

Mar 7: Events: Our events page is updated with a series of major US network shows Jim will appear on with Avril this week. Starting tomorrow he will be on the Today show and more so check it out! Of course, as always we will be posting video and will have all the updates so stay tuned!

Mar 5: Video: Courtesy of WTH TV, a new video from the Goodbye Lullaby Showcase concert in Tokyo featuring Jim and Avril warming up. After the show Avril, Jim and bandmates sweating out the "catch of the day!" Good times!

Feb 20: Video: Today we have a new video of Jim performing What The Hell with Avril at the San Remo Festival. This festival is considered to be one of the world's largest so, check it out! Also we have a few captures from the performance here. Enjoy!

Feb 19: Jim will perform in San Remo, Italy tomorrow. Check our Events page for details. Hopefully, we will be able to get a video of the performance soon. To tide us over, we posted some screenshots from the two recent performances: Les Victoires de la Musique, France and Daybreak, UK. Enjoy!

Feb 15: Video: Well, this is more like it. Avril, Jim and the band performed live during Daybreak, a weekday breakfast show on ITV, UK. We have the video and it's really cool! Jim and everyone was very happy despite the ungodly hour in the morning

(well, for a musician). We are also very happy that April gives her band such a prominent place.

Feb 13: Video: To tell you the truth, we are a bit disappointed with the lack of performances on the current Avril promo in Europe. Only two so far (one posted below and one yet to be shown on TV). It wasn't like that four years ago when Avril was doing mini-concerts left right and centre. Let's hope things pick up - we really like to see Jimmy more. Until then - a performance from the Euro promo in March 2007 that we haven't posted before. Pretty cool too.

Feb 09: Video: While we are waiting for some video material from the current Avril's promo visit to Europe, here is a clip from the VERY first concert of Jim with Avril. It was taped on Feb 15, 2007. You can read all about it here.

Feb 08: Events: Yesterday, Avril (Jim's boss) tweeted: 'Off to Paris, England, Italy, Hong Kong, Japan, NYC and Canada to promote "What The Hell" and "Goodbye Lullaby"'. So we thought to post info about a few TV appearances in the next week. We will post videos as soon as we get them. Let's just hope they will be Jim-worthy.

Dec 30: If you live in North America, tune in ABC's Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve 2011 tomorrow night at 10 pm ET. Avril Lavigne is performing "What The Hell" (the first single of her forthcoming studio album) - and, of course, Jim will be there (confirmed).
